Of course! We are using data, such as address, name or email only to fulfill the placed order. The data will not be shared with anyone else and automatically deleted after 365 Days. We also make sure that the payment process is totally secure.

We deliver your order completly free from an order value of 20$ and up. The 20$ mark is reached with almost every product in our shop.

We do our best to provide you with the fastest shipment possible (1-4Days). Unfortunately the logistics suffer from the bad corona situation in China. You can track your order anytime and we will notify you when the order status changes. We apologize if your order does not arrive on time.

Usually we do not offer refunds. Under certain circumstances we can do exceptions, for example when the product arrives damaged. Please get in contact with The Support for any questions.

Yes and yes. We are using authentic Alcantara® and real Cowhide on our two premium collections. The materials are both imported from Italy to get the finest texture on our products.

We offer a warranty for all technical-products, such as the USB-C Docking Station or the chargers. If you have any problems with your product contact us for support.
